Minerva has over 40 years’ experience in the private sector with an emphasis on administration and sales. She worked with the Scope Exchange, Inc. in Greensboro for 10 years, buying and selling endoscopy equipment both domestically and internationally. She is a founding member of OEM Exchange and is also the President and owner of Clinical Choice, LLC – a leading provider of endoscopy reprocessing filters, GI Disposables, ScopeVault® Endoscope Storage cabinet and SafeCAP® Endoscope Transport System. Minerva is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.Minerva Loran

David has more than 25 years’ experience buying and selling pre-owned medical equipment. He was an owner of The Scope Exchange in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was Vice-President and managed all facets of buying, selling, and repairing Endoscopy and Surgical Equipment. After selling the Scope Exchange in 2007, he continued as the manager of pre-owned equipment sales for Sterilmed, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and then Northfield Medical until February 2018. He is now the full-time Sales Director for OEM Exchange. David enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.David Mount

Joseph has degrees in Accounting (UNC-Charlotte) and Spanish (Guilford College). He has over 25 years’ experience in audit, tax, and financial management services. He has worked in the healthcare supply chain since 2006 and is a founding member of OEM Exchange and is also a managing member of Clinical Choice. Jake graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Political Science and Media Production in 2017. After a brief stint of doing polling statistics for the City of Durham, he decided to move back to his hometown of Greensboro, NC and join the OEM Exchange team. Outside of work, he enjoys paddle boarding with his dog (Oshi), hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, and extended weekend vacations.Jacob Calvert

Bret is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He plans on teaching history to high school students. He has been working with OEM Exchange since 2018. He has a keen interest in art and design and loves spending time with his dogs Mr. Elroy and Mr. Conejo. He also is a dad to a hamster, Ms. TinTin, and his latest family addition is his leopard gecko, Ms. Goose.Bret Reynolds
