All products are sold and accepted by you in the condition described unless otherwise noted and subject only to this Warranty.

OEM Exchange warrants that the items are as described and, when applicable, the items are in good working order, and free from defects in workmanship and materials (or meet the “as is” conditions noted) for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase. Products not meeting the original described condition may be returned for credit pending product evaluation upon receipt subject to the representation of condition when purchased. Products not eligible for return will be noted on the original invoice at the time of sale. Products that have expired at the time of purchase shall be noted and you will be made aware of this at the time of purchase. By purchasing expired products, you assume all risk of use and OEM Exchange will in no way be responsible for any issues arising out of the use of expired products.

Specifications and design for all products sold are subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice. It is not the responsibility of OEM Exchange to educate or inform you of these changes.

Excluded from this warranty and not warranted by OEM Exchange in any fashion, either express or implied, are: defects and damage to products resulting from wear, tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage, transit, non-performance of scheduled equipment maintenance items, or use of non-approved accessories, consumables, or supplies.

OEM Exchange provides no warranty for returned endoscopes, parts, accessories, or light source and/or processor that exhibit physical damage or that falls under any of the following exclusions: endoscope or light source/processor packaged or shipped not per OEM Exchange Packaging or Shipping Guidelines as provided; endoscope or light source/processor damaged during installation or removal (such as broken connector, broken pins, broken seals, holes, cut or tears in Bending Rubber Sheath, or any other part of the endoscope, minor/major fluid invasion); endoscope or light source/processor damaged by any user during use; endoscope or light source processor damaged by modification or repair not authorized by OEM Exchange; endoscope or light source/processor that has been the subject of abuse, unreasonable use, or mistreatment; endoscope or light source/processor damaged by environmental conditions (such as corrosion or staining). Cuts or tears in Biopsy Channels/Suction Channels/Bending Rubber Sheaths, External insertion tube/Light Guide Tube rubber parts OR any damage to equipment from fluid invasions is not covered under warranty. The instrument must be leak tested prior to procedure and cleaning. Any product which has been disassembled, repaired, tampered with, altered, changed, or modified by any person(s) other than OEM Exchange approved personnel and/or vendors, unless such repair by others is made with the prior written consent of OEM Exchange, voids the warranty.

Endoscopes or lightsources/processors being defaced (such as label alterations, serial number missing, serial number no longer discernible, serial number invalid voids the warranty.

OEM Exchange ships most orders the same day they are placed. We can ship via FedEx®, UPS®, or DHL®. We ship to any destination except for countries on any restricted country list including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar and Crimea Ukraine.

We also do not ship to high-risk countries including but not limited to: (CI) Cote d’Ivorire, (CD) Democratic Republic, (LR) Liberia, (SY) Sudan, (BY) Belarus, (IQ) Iraq, (ZW) Zimbabwe and (SY) Syria.

Product shipping is pre-paid and added to the invoice unless you request that we ship on your account number. Regardless of method, it is your responsibility to pay all shipping charges and, when applicable, duties, taxes, and any fees. OEM Exchange will complete international shipping documentation and the commercial invoice. OEM Exchange will state the full value of the equipment or accessory and state a full description of the product. OEM Exchange in no way tolerates stating values that are less than the full purchase price on any government document or commercial invoice or modifying the description to circumvent any applicable law. Our customers are welcome to create their own commercial invoice subject to meeting the requirements noted.

OEM Exchange accepts product returns subject to our Warranty Policy and Returns Policy.
